NORFLAM® W310 (NT Deco) fire retardant paint for wood

NORFLAM® W310 (NT Deco) is a professional bio-based fire retardant paint for the protection of interior and exterior wood elements. It provides a superior class of reaction to fire while maintaining the natural appearance of wood.

Why is so special NORFLAM® W310

  • Euroclass reaction to fire class B-s1, d0 - high performance level for fire protection of wood according to EN 13501-1.
  • Exceptional service life - outdoors, typically 5-10 years before reapplication (depending on exposure and design details), and indoors the protection is maintained for very long term, virtually for the lifetime of the finish, as long as the surface is not mechanically damaged.
  • Natural, bio-based formulation - water-soluble, low-VOC (low-VOC), water-soluble fire retardant paint suitable for sustainable designs and interior spaces.
  • No varnish or additional protective coating - in many applications no topcoat is needed; the product provides a clear or semi-transparent, ready-to-use finish on its own.
  • High-quality aesthetics - available in Clear or semi-transparent shades that enhance the wood grain.
  • Compatible with green projects - designed to meet sustainability requirements, including standards such as LEED and BREEAM.
